Our Story

Sound Plus Wood, Inc. began operations in 1973 as a custom woodworking enterprise. We quickly realized that there was a real-world need for combining our woodworking skillset with audio-video sales, engineering, and installation services.

These past 49 years have witnessed remarkable advances in technology. The analog broadcast standards has been supplanted by a purely digital standard that supports 4K HDTV video resolutions, and beyond. Streaming is powerful, easy, and ubiquitous. A fast and robust IP Connection is a fundamental requirement in every modern home or business. 

Technical mumbo-jumbo aside, we are here to assist you with your Audio-Video aspirations and to make the process as painless as humanly possible.
